The YSG 1 Package includes all three.

 YSG 1 Package USD $55

 Discounted Pricing: Save $15!

IMPROMPTU: This is responding to questions with limited preparation so requires no preparation! It may be helpful to look over the list of questions and statements that may be posed so you are familiar with them. They can be found on the Speech Events page on the Impromptu Overview.

PLATFORM: A speech on any topic that interests you and is only 5 minutes long. This can be your Hello, My Name Is or Favorite Bible Verse speech - even if it's only partially written. Bring whatever you have and practice it! You can continue to work on it after the tournament.

STORYTELLING: Simply retelling a story that is only 5 minutes long. You can use something as simple as a poem or scripture passage or even read a script taken from a book. Speakers may also bring a speech they prepared previously as a YCC student.
YSG 1 Speakers will NOT participate in Round Table.

YSG 1 speakers will receive written feedback from Student Evaluators.

What About Championship Tournament Invitations?

Increasing levels of competition are being offered through online tournaments. Our International Championship will be an online tournament. Invitations will be awarded at both in-person and online tournaments. We desire to equip students for success in our practice environments.

In-Person Tournaments: Because our International Championship is an online tournament, invitations extended at in-person tournaments are conditional and require participation at an online tournament in the same event.
